Here at Anellabees, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, but we know things can sometimes go wrong. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to us at hello@anellabees.com, tell us the problem, and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Shipping

Shipping options will vary according to weight and location:

Priority – Usually arrive 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of purchase. Please note orders may take up to 48-72 hours to process if shipped with standard service. In most cases, orders placed after 10 am PST will begin processing and shipment the following business day.

Details on our shipping times are estimates only. Actual shipping times will vary by zip code and the products ordered. Our processing times vary. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, please see below). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, the above estimates start from the first business day after your order is placed. Our shipping centers are closed on U.S. federal holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Severe weather may cause shipping delays. We regret that we are not able to guarantee express delivery in the event of severe weather. Please check USPS to see if severe weather will impact your area.

We currently only accept orders being sent to the U.S. If you would like to ship to an international address, please email hello@anellabees.com and we can further assist your inquiry.

Free shipping promotions may not be combined with other promotions or offers.

Substitution Because of the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of our products, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts.

Shipping In Warm Weather/Climates

We take the extra steps to guarantee your confections and other gifts arrive in a timely manner. During warm months, and year-round to destinations in warmer climates, we send your gifts with frozen “cold packs” snugly during packing but, recommend sending your sweets to a cool place like a business address, so they’re not left outside. To ensure product freshness, we do not ship on Fridays. Orders placed after 10 am PST on Thursday will ship the following week.
