When will my order ship?
We make our honey hard candies fresh, which can take 5 to 7 business days. Caramels and gift items usually ship within 3 to 5 days.
The shipping option you pick at checkout is the time in transit, after your order is made and packed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders of $65 or more.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order by December 10 for delivery before Christmas.
My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Please email us right away at hello@anellabees.com with your order number, and we will make it right.
Can I return candy?
Because our candy is food, we can’t take it back. Non-food items that arrive damaged can be returned within 30 days. Please email us first so we can help.
